My name is Nicole, I am a lifestyle blogger from Hamilton, Ontario. I have been blogging for a few years now, and I am a certified thrift-aholic!
There are so many great reasons to thrift! I absolutely love fashion, but am conscious of the environmental impact of fast fashion. I think that thrifting is a wonderful, eco-conscious way of indulging my passion for fashion. Thrifting allows me to take inspiration from fast fashion, find unique pieces that relate to the inspiration, and then put my own personal twist on it!
As well as being an advocate for environmentally conscious shopping, I am obsessed with some of the unique pieces that I have been able to find at my local Thrift Store! I love being able to style unique pieces and let my personal fashion sense shine through!
So far, my favourite Salvation Army Thrift Store find is probably a dusty pink, men’s Wind River sweater (pictured below). I thrifted this item about three years ago and I love it! I think it’s the most worn sweater in my wardrobe – it has just the right amount of distress to it, a great oversized fit, and is the perfect vintage street style find.
I can’t wait to show you all some of my favourite thrifted finds, as well as unique ways to style and repurpose thrifted pieces!
