Great Service Demands Great Rewards!

We believe that giving employees recognition for doing an outstanding job is an important part of who and what we are. That is why we reward our employees in the following special ways:

Incentive Plan
When our stores achieve their budgeted targets we believe that comes as a part of excellent customer service and reward that with special store incentives which are shared among all employees.

Service Recognition
Having staff who are energetic, friendly and helpful is no easy task, yet our associates are up to the task. We recognize the value of training and developing good staff and retaining those staff. That is why we give special service recognition for employment service of one, three and five years.

Long Service Recognition
Some of our staff have worked with the Salvation Army for many years and we are pleased to be able to recognize long term service in some very special ways. That is why we give special service recognition for employment service of two, five, ten, fifteen, and twenty years.

Special days and social gatherings
From time to time, we gather our staff together to express our thanks for the great effort they give. We like to gather our staff together to celebrate birthdays, special events or other times just to have some light fun and a light snack. Its never a large or lavish affair, but it is a little something that says that our staff make up a team that is special to us.
