With the temperature rising, and Summer right around the corner.. It’s time to purge our closets and refresh them for Summer. I don’t know about you, but every year when I pull out my summer clothes I definitely find things that I’ve been carrying around with me from year to year without actually ever wearing. Sound familiar? Spring is the perfect time of year to do an inventory check on what wardrobe essentials you have, and what you might need to get. A trip to the Thrift Store can be a double whammy, where you can donate the clothes that are collecting dust in your closet, and upgrade them for some new-to-you Summer styles.
The Thrift Store has everything you could need for a stylish and comfortable Summer wardrobe. From short to tanks and skirts, dresses and even sandals.. It’s a one stop shop. When I was recently at the Queen street thrift store I put together this breezy summer outfit. The blouse is from Banana Republic, and it was under $10 and the skirt is originally from Mango. Both items are really high quality pieces in fantastic condition that I will have as Summer staples in my wardrobe for years to come!
